DMCA Takedown Policy and Counter-Notice Guidelines When we receive a valid DMCA takedown request, we will promptly remove the content in question according to copyright law. To promote fairness, we may disclose the DMCA notice details, including the complainant’s contact information, to the party accused of infringement. If you believe the removal was done incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notice which must include: Identification of the content that was removed and its prior location. Your name, address, phone number, and email address. A sworn statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was made in error. A declaration consenting to legal action and agreeing to receive legal documents. Your signature, either physical or electronic. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
