At Virtual Blitz Arena, we are committed to ensuring that every experience meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services or products, we offer a clear and fair refund policy. 1. Membership and Game Purchases Refunds are available for membership plans within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. VR game purchases are non-refundable once the game session has started, as the service is immediately available upon activation. 2. Equipment Rentals If you are not satisfied with the rented VR equipment, please report the issue within 24 hours of usage. We will either offer a replacement or issue a partial refund based on the duration of use. 3. Private Bookings and Events For private bookings and event reservations, you can request a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% refund. 4. Process to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details. Our team will process the request within 5 business days and inform you of the status of your refund. 5. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only eligible if the services or products were purchased directly through Virtual Blitz Arena and are in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.
